Soulja Boy is a very well known rapper and hip hop artist that has become an icon in the industry thanks to numerous videos and songs he has released. Like so many of the other men in this genre Soulja Boy has been rapping since he was a very young child and as his skills developed he slowly became more and more popular. This is really quite an incredible feat for anyone in the music industry to accomplish so it is not surprising to see that so many other hip hop artists have come out to show their support for Soulja Boy as he climbed the ladder to success.

In terms of success Soulja Boy is definitely a unique story in the hip hop world. Soulja Boy did in fact create his own success through his initial single release and after that his album began to sell quite well also; unfortunately there was not initially a lot of support after that. Soulja Boy continued releasing albums and singles under his new record label but for a variety of reasons none of them were as popular as “Crank That” was at first. Soulja Boy has continued to see moderate success from most of his singles so he is definitely doing well compared to much of the hip hop industry but he has still not been able to reach the level of success he likely wants. Overall Soulja Boy is a great hip hop artist and rapper with a truly great story behind all of his music and skill; few other rappers have the amazing drive and determination that many people see in Soulja Boy and this is precisely why Soulja Boy has been able to develop into such a successful and popular artist.
